I am a board certified holistic health professional with over ten years of experience. I have worked for large corporations and as a business owner in the field and I am constantly expanding my education and expertise in the field and broadening and growing my network and connections.

I focus on health from a holistic, whole mind-body- spirit perspective and that optimal health and well being is a fluid, continual process that each individual has far more power to control and maintain then traditional mainstream medicine, big-pharma and traditional healthcare would lead you to believe.

Our approach is to treat every individual as unique and to assist each individual to empower themselves in regards to their health and to implement ways of being, doing and thinking that will positively impact and improve their overall health and well being.
