The focus is on creating healthy and lasting change. Finding the right therapist for you is key. I believe in identifying and supporting existing strengths while encouraging growth in whatever areas you seek.
I have a flexible style and believe in using whatever intervention is most useful and effective for each client. I am well trained in evidence based interventions including behavioral techniques, as well as a psychodynamic orientation. I have found that using both together can be the most effective.
