What is AwakenPeace?
AwakenPeace is a collaboration. It is about joining—women joining together, traditions joined into practices—all in the support of deep healing and the awakening of wholeness that already resides within each and every one of us. This is where we awaken true peace.
Our mission is to cultivate well-being and healing through the practices of embodied self-care and self-nurturance: Acts of authentic kindness. We join the traditions of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Psychology to cultivate whole-person practices for easeful living and self-love.
We guide people into the wisdom of their bodies restoring balance in the natural physical and emotional rhythms of life.
Who are the women behind AwakenPeace?
Patty and Laura were doctoral-level mental health professionals who realized that they shared a vision for healing.
