7 years ago I woke up one morning in pain, and it didn’t go away. My doctor had no idea what was wrong with me, and wanted me to take steroids. I did not want a life of Pain and Pills. So, I researched, figured out it was probably autoimmune disease, and that I could eliminate toxins and stress to help my health.

I found hundreds of toxins and purged them. I was appalled that so many toxins were in my life. I also found a Functional MD who didn’t want to throw pills at me, she wanted to find the root cause of my illness.

I am now relatively pain free. I will always have autoimmune disease, but I have eliminated much of my inflammation by eliminating the toxins.

We are in a health care crisis. I believe it is because we are in a TOXIN crisis. Learning where they are, and lowering your toxic load is one of the BIG keys to health.

Its all about TOXIC LOAD. Every toxin you eliminate is one step closer to health.
